So what does a Senior Social Media Analyst really do? Senior Social Media Analysts are Senior Analyst level individual contributors tasked with channel strategy, paid campaigns, and monitoring and reporting of digital marketing campaigns.

As a subject matter expert in the field of paid digital marketing for global talent marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for taking our paid strategy to the next level, through the successful development and execution of new campaign strategies and improved reporting on investment.

As a Senior Social Media Analyst, you will:

  • Work independently, to monitor and suggest improvements for creative approaches to improve conversion rates, ROI, and PPC/keyword utilization

  • Confidently make presentations and recommendations to the wider marketing team, talent acquisition,  and clients (when necessary), demonstrating your unique understanding of this area and opportunities for future improvement

  • Ensure implementation of your recommendations is carried out and monitor for improvements, making adjustments where necessary

  • Be passionate in digital marketing and will have a thirst for keeping up to date with industry knowledge, changing trends, and advising the wider business stakeholders of learnings

  • Must be fully versed in the language of digital marketing, with a passion for diving into CTRs, CPRs, Conversion, A/B Testing, and such while demonstrating expertise on social media ad platforms such as Meta, Google, Tiktok, etc.

Lead Generation and Digital Advertising- creates and monitors social media ads.

  • Produce lead generation materials (static, video, etc) through conceptualization, copywriting, and coordination with the design team

  • Set up and optimize lead-generation campaigns to support marketing and recruitment to deliver the best return on investment

  • Properly communicate company values and services on ads for brand retention, promotion of services and talent hiring, and thought leadership

  • Research, propose, and implement test and learn strategies and A-B testing to optimize campaign performance

Campaign reports - provides bi-weekly, monthly reports, and special reports  to stakeholders.

  • Confidently and effectively discuss results and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Provide robust and insightful reports on campaign performance

  • Make recommendations on platform / channel usage at a country and regional level

Digital Marketing Strategy - Oversees brand strategy and supports branding initiatives

  • Implement digital strategies to generate leads for multiple LOBs inside revenue generation and/or talent acquisition

  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team, stakeholders, and production teams to create effective campaigns and making sure marketing campaigns are digitally optimized and maximize social media trends and insights

  • Regular cadences with account managers and stakeholders to align and implement strategy, goals, trends, and insights.

Attribution

  • Connect and maintain ad campaigns in respective CRMs (ie. Salesforce and Pardot for Demand Generation; Workday and Talkpush for Talent Acquisition Marketing) for performance tracking, attribution, and automation

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred in a related field (ie. Marketing, Communications, Advertising, etc.) with 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of paid digital marketing for recruitment activities

  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to take initiative

  • Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Google, Tiktok, et)
