ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

ServiceNow is one of the leading IT Service Management platforms and a focus area for Tietoevry in the Nordic market.
We are now looking for ServiceNow Implementation Specialists / Developers to implement ServiceNow in client facing roles.
Key responsibilities involved,
o Implement ServiceNow modules ITSM and HR for our customers.
o Able to implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.
o Contribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex.
o Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow.
o Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.
o Support end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution.
We expect you to have,
o Certified ServiceNow Administrator with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist
o Minimum 3 years of real experience in ServiceNow developer / support role
o Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module
o Candidates with ServiceNow HR module knowledge are preferred.
o Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant.
o Analyses and improves current implementation and solutions. Is able to explain and present new ideas and solutions.
o Prior exposure or working with international teams located in Europe and India
o Able to communicate well in English
