We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior SEO Manager to join our digital marketing team!

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving SEO success for B2B SaaS brands. You should have experience in on-site (technical and content), off-site and international SEO with a focus on prioritizing to deliver results.  Additionally, you should have experience with international, multilingual sites.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions across all websites

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth

• Manage on-site SEO, including technical optimization, content optimization, and site architecture

• Develop and execute off-site SEO strategies, including YouTube channel management, link building and outreach

• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms, including the impact of AI on strategy, workflows, and search experience

What you’ll need:

• 8+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving growth

• Experience with on-site (technical and content) and off-site SEO

• Experience working with international, multi-lingual sites

• Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• A passion for SEO and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices

• Ability to drive results through your job competencies of digital marketing, attention to detail and collaboration

• Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

• Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

• The starting pay range for this role is $120,000+ per annum with 5% MBO.
