Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior SAP BRIM Consultant to join the Finance Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

As a Senior SAP BRIM Consultant, you will be part of the SAP Order to Cash Team. You will be the “go-to” hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) for worldwide SAP BRIM solutions across countries. You will define the future technology footprint and solutions roadmap, enabling us to achieve strategic business objectives within this functional area. You will solve complex techno-functional challenges by providing holistic and scalable solution designs with overall guidance and oversight to various product/implementation/system change initiatives in SAP BRIM-based billing and invoicing scenarios. This role is focused on implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on strengthening and standardizing the BRIM template. You will play a pivotal role in architecture and integration management with other systems in our landscape, working with key stakeholders to drive innovation and alignment.

• Deliver and contribute to projects that enhance capabilities for our platform business, strengthening the business and driving innovation, while ensuring successful implementation through a structured, project management-driven approach.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Play a key role in driving the transformation journey from our existing SAP SD solution to SAP BRIM for European markets and connect “Brands” by implementing our solutions, impacting the entire process and ensuring successful adoption.

• Learn and grow into new modules within SAP, with the long-term goal of becoming a BRIM Consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience in O2C processes and SAP BRIM, with the ability to select and document technical implementation options.

• Ability to translate business goals into applications; configure, develop, test solutions, and provide project support with minimal supervision.

• Strong project management skills, including initiation, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

• Ability to build trust, address stakeholder issues, and understand customer business challenges to enhance team performance.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage time, resolve conflicts, and engage proactively with senior management.

• Nice to have: Basic SD knowledge skills to enhance customization and problem-solving.
