Senior Salesforce Specialist

We're seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll use your expertise in Salesforce administration and development to build and maintain complex automation and reporting needs in SalesForce.

Major Responsibilities

• Customize and maintain our Salesforce CRM to fit our business needs.
• Use APEX to automate complex data analysis
• Build and maintain custom Lightning Web Components for excellent data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.
• Maintain and edit SalesForce Revenue Cloud code and modules
• Manage Salesforce user accounts, workflows, and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Flows
• Collaborate across teams to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce administration or development
• Preferably certified as a Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
• Strong familiarity with Lightning Web Components and APEX code
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
