- This is a Hybrid role based out of one of our Hubs located in New York, New York, Fountain Valley, California or Loveland, Colorado.
The Target Pay Range for this position is $143,000-$178,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Senior Salesforce/Hubspot administrator will be responsible for building and enhancing both our Hubspot and Salesforce environments. This includes individual system customizations, the integration between both tools, and integrations into proprietary and third-party systems. This role will leverage deep expertise with Salesforce and Hubspot to create robust, scalable, long-lasting solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to design solutions that ensure seamless data workflows between systems. This role will support a growing commercial operations function seeking to streamline core business processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leverage technical expertise and best practices to design and implement scalable, secure, and customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (for Salesforce), and Hubspot automation tools (workflows, lists, sequences) to address complex business requirements.
- Expertly maintain and optimize our Salesforce and Hubspot environments to streamline sales, marketing, and customer support workflows. This includes building and maintaining custom objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within both systems, ensuring maximum system uptime, reliability, and performance. Document all issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce and Hubspot Admin tasks including automation, user management, security settings, and data management.
- Perform regular system maintenance on both platforms, addressing any performance bottlenecks, bugs, or issues that arise. Ensure ongoing troubleshooting of configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and Hubspot features, releases, and best practices. Regularly assess and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality, user experience, and overall performance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required
- Hubspot certifications highly preferred
- Both hands on and leadership solution design and architectural experience
- 10 years’ experience within an operations department and at least 7 as a system administrator with experience supporting custom applications and objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce.
- Experience in Agile environment, and supporting work intake processes
- Additional Salesforce and Hubspot certifications preferred (eg. Trailhead Badges, Advanced Administrator)
- Health care background preferred (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Expert command of Salesforce platform across sales and service cloud.
- Expert command of the Hubspot platform and experience with Operations Hub.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrently.
- Willing to act as an individual contributor and directly problem-solve as well as perform as a project lead and collaborate within the team and across departments.
- Comfortable acting as a mentor and sharing expertise on system capabilities, new features, and best practices with other team members.
- Communication skills – Reads, writes, and speaks fluent English, using appropriate grammar, style, and vocabulary. Correctly, spells commonly used English words and job-specific terms.
- Demonstrates ability to find common ground between user requirements, scope, and platform capabilities, and respectfully challenge ideas in the spirt of continuous improvement
- Demonstrates exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational ability – Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments. Is very orderly and excels at cutting through confusion and turning chaos into order.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment (whether at an office or from home) including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, WebEx, and DVD/VCR.
