We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator with expertise in DocuSign CLM to join our team. This role combines technical development, configuration, and integration responsibilities on the Salesforce platform with a focus on DocuSign CLM to support contract lifecycle management and business process automation. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices. What You'll Do
Design, develop, and implement CLM solutions for the Salesforce platform.
Build and maintain workflows, templates, and features within DocuSign CLM and Salesforce to support the contracting lifecycle and automate business processes.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.
Participate in technical design sessions and create technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
Configure, test, document, and maintain both out-of-the-box and custom solutions, integrations, and data migration elements.
Ensure adherence to development lifecycle activities within the SAFE Agile process.
Triage and resolve production defects and technical support escalations as needed.
Ensure process adherence and quality standards for all code and configuration items.
Advocate for Salesforce and DocuSign CLM best practices, design principles, and development methodologies.
What You'll Bring
Salesforce Expertise:
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud.
Proficiency in declarative development tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning Components.
Active Salesforce Administrator certification or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
DocuSign CLM Expertise:
Solid hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM, including template creation, workflow automation, and system integrations.
Understanding of DocuSign CLM delivery standards, AppExchange offerings, and contract generation processes.
Experience with enterprise document capture, repository, and process management capabilities.
Knowledge of classification, taxonomy design, and security models for managing structured and unstructured content.
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to work independently, think creatively, and articulate process changes and improvements across the organization.
Skilled in providing recommendations for process and systems improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
DocuSign CLM Certification.
Experience with DocuSign eSignature
Familiarity with automated and manual testing processes.
Experience leveraging virtual resources to drive projects to completion.
Experience with integration tools such as Dell-Boomi and Salesforce deployment tools like AutoRABIT, Copado, or Gearset.
Working knowledge of GIT, VSCode, and Salesforce data query tools
Familiarity with NetSuite
