Roles & responsibilities

Consulting

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio.

  • Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices.

  • Develop scalable and sustainable solutions that align with client needs and Salesforce platform capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding development teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Review and validate solution designs to ensure technical feasibility, best practices, and adherence to client objectives.

Business Development/Leadership/Strategy

  • Support pre-sales activities by presenting Salesforce solutions, preparing detailed proposals, and providing technical input during RFP processes.

  • Contribute to the development of the Salesforce consulting practice, including identifying new service offerings and developing implementation methodologies.

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, offering insights into product capabilities and emerging trends within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, ensuring they follow best practices and continuously grow their Salesforce knowledge and skills.

  • Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for ongoing support, expansion of services, and potential new business opportunities.

Client Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for technical queries and support during and after the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, training, and advising on Salesforce feature adoption and system optimization.

  • Conduct client training sessions on specific Salesforce features to enhance user engagement and platform utilisation.

  • Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions, proactively addressing any issues and recommending improvements.

Risk & Compliance

  • Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevant

  • Report all identified risks, breaches

  • Comply with relevant WH&S legislation, adhering to reasonable instructions, work procedures and practices to maintain the health and safety of the team

  • Report all workplace hazards and incidents

Key performance indicators

  • Agreed upon through the performance measurement process with the Managing Partner

Special conditions

  • Ordinary full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8am – 6pm

  • On occasion some out of hours work may be required – please note unpaid overtime may also be required on occasions

Selection criteria

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly in Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio.

  • Strong experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.

  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and integration techniques.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business needs and provide innovative solutions.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in conducting client workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs to enhance Salesforce utilization.

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards relevant to Salesforce implementations.
