The Senior Salesforce Administrator supports the sales team by managing Salesforce operations, providing user support, and ensuring data accuracy. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining user profiles, training teams on processes, updating reports, and assisting with quotes and orders. This role involves enhancing Salesforce workflows, monitoring automation, and maintaining integrations with external platforms. Strong Salesforce skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage Salesforce administration, including creating and maintaining user profiles and permissions.
- Lead training and adoption initiatives for sales, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements to current workflows, developing new ones as needed.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to support overall sales operations.
- Provide ongoing assistance to users, addressing a variety of support requests.
- Regularly update and maintain Salesforce reports for accurate, up-to-date information.
- Support the sales process by assisting with quotes and processing sales orders.
- Enhance data quality within Salesforce by conducting regular reviews and updates.
- Monitor automated processes in Salesforce daily to ensure they produce the intended results.
- Oversee the maintenance and monitoring of Salesforce integrations with external platforms.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator with 5+ years of experience supporting sales teams as the Salesforce administrator
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience implementing process automations via Salesforce Flow
- Experience developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business teams
- Familiarity with additional sales and marketing tools would be helpful (Pardot, Clari, Apollo, Seamless, etc.)
