At Digital Turbine, we make mobile advertising experiences more meaningful and rewarding for users, app publishers, and advertisers — intelligently connecting people in more ways, across more devices. We provide app publishers and advertisers with powerful ads and experiences that captivate consumers, fuel performance, and help telecoms and OEMs supercharge awareness, acquisition, and monetization. In a rapidly evolving industry, we are constantly innovating and creating better paths of discovery to connect consumers, publishers, and advertisers across the mobile ecosystem.
As a Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Digital Turbine, you will play a key role in empowering our sales team to accelerate growth. You will focus on increasing sales productivity, refining operational processes, and achieving ambitious growth targets for our Business organization.
This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in data analysis, execution, fosters cross-functional alignment, and possesses a strong ability to drive results efficiently. You will define and implement a sales vision that guides our SVP of Global Sales, create structured processes that influence sales metrics, and prioritize high-impact initiatives to empower our sales teams. Reporting to the VP, Business Operations, you will collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams such as BI, Salesforce, Marketing, Corporate Systems and Legal, to scale our operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence and high data integrity in reporting cadences, rigorous pipeline tracking, and sales productivity – leading end-to-end from ideation of sales strategy to execution through data-driven insights.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new logos.
- Identify and implement improvements in current workflows and processes that can help improve efficiency and visibility - this might be in Salesforce or other tools.
- Build programming and content to help new hires get up to speed as quickly as possible, as well as tracking the right effectiveness metrics to see what makes someone a top (or bottom) performer and how we scale those learnings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, offering insights into market dynamics and sales performance.
- Analyze sales cycles to assess the efficiency of our Sales team and identify areas where the sales cycle could be shortened. Establish a benchmark of sales cycle by region, by product and by client verticals.
- Manage 3P vendors providing insights for lead generation, sales pitch and client meetings.
- Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes while driving adoption and compliance. Also, act as a SME for sales inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
- Proven project management experience, overseeing projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of ad-tech industry trends, key players, and technologies is a plus.
