Job Summary
Optimum, a leading provider of broadband communications and video services under the Altice USA umbrella, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This mid-level position will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our telecommunications product portfolio across multiple catalog systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of product and pricing information within Salesforce, Netcracker, and our legacy Amdocs system, supporting our residential, small business, and enterprise customers. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of catalog updates driven by new promotions, market upgrades, new market launches, and rate events. This individual will be the Subject Matter Expert on Optimum's product and pricing catalog data, and will ensure this data is updated on time and without errors.
Responsibilities

  • Catalog Management: Own and manage the end-to-end process of catalog updates across Salesforce, Netcracker, and the legacy Amdocs system.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product, pricing, and promotional information across all catalog systems.
  • Product Updates: Implement new product launches, including configuration of product attributes, pricing, and bundling options.
  • Promotional Offers: Manage the implementation and maintenance of promotional offers, ensuring accurate discounting and eligibility criteria are reflected in the catalogs.
  • Market Expansion: Support market expansion initiatives by configuring catalog data to reflect new market offerings, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Rate Management: Execute rate events, including updates to standard rates, fees, and taxes for both new and existing customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline catalog management activities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment on catalog updates and timelines.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of catalog processes, procedures, and change management records.
  • Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve any catalog discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on catalog status, performance, and key metrics to management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, catalog management, or a related role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce and/or other catalog systems.
  • Experience with Netcracker and/or Amdocs catalog systems strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications product structures, pricing models, and promotional offers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year.
