If you are passionate about numbers and transforming data into a visual story of our business performance, our Senior Sales Operations Analyst role is for you! You will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations Team, with a primary focus on revenue. You will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and transforming data into a variety of reporting formats to support the goals and key objectives of the Sales Organization. You will have a deep understanding of our corporate financial reports, breaking them down into usable metrics that help support and drive each sales team’s performance.

What you'll do:
-
Assist in our annual global strategic planning process (e.g., segmentation, territories, quota, etc.)

Forecasting and opportunity management (deal inspection, forecast cadences, hygiene, etc.)

Experience with win/loss analysis and global sales team productivity metrics
-
Analyze and measure performance of funnel KPI’s (marketing campaigns, conversion rates, lead scoring, pipeline performance, etc.)

Review and enhance funnel/sales processes spanning from top of funnel to closed-won/lost

Understanding of sales cycles, sales strategies to uncover incremental value

Monitor BDR/Sales Performance/Activities against targets and provide proactive insights

Design and build reports, dashboards, and analysis using Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce to support the sales team

Partner with marketing, sales, finance, business systems to create synergies in business strategies

Work closely with the business intelligence and support teams to define, govern, automate, and validate the extraction of new metrics

Prepare leadership presentations and board of director materials on request with attention to details

Coach and mentor other team members of operational excellence, best practices and insights
What you'll need:
-
A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business
-
5+ years of analytics experience preferably in Sales Operations within the software industry
-
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, logic formulas, linking, etc.). Must love excel modeling.

Power BI, Salesforce and SQL database preferred

Clari Revenue Platform

Experience cleaning and manipulating large data sets to identify insights

Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reporting

Exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive nature; having a desire to understand the business behind the numbers will contribute to your success

Outstanding ability to visually present information

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

The starting pay range for this role is $85,000+ per annum.
