About the role
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jordan. You’ll play a key role in expanding our network of partner venues by identifying, pitching, and onboarding restaurants, cafés, and other dining establishments onto the DineOut platform. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our marketplace.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to potential partner venues across Amman and other key cities in Jordan.
- Pitch the value of DineOut to restaurant owners and managers, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals with a win-win mindset.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to contract signing and onboarding.
- Work closely with the operations and content teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new venues.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and performance.
- Represent DineOut at local food and hospitality events when needed
What you'll need
- 4-8 years of sales, business development, or partnerships experience (preferably in hospitality, tech, or F&B).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of the F&B industry in Jordan, especially Amman.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- A passion for food and tech is a big plus!
