We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with card acquiring experience to join our Commercial team at Ozow, a leading fintech company in the payments industry. As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual eager to learn, excel in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the success of a cutting-edge fintech company.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets, actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research and networking, generating leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our payment solutions, arranging and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, tailoring them to address specific client requirements and concerns.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture and build strong relationships with clients to understand their ongoing needs and collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure a unified approach to client management.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in card acquiring sales is essential.
  • Familiarity with fintech and payment solutions is a plus.
