We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead and mentor within our Sales Engineering team, focusing on Upmarket and Enterprise accounts, driving company initiatives, and shaping foundational practices to fuel our record growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Mentor: Guide and support fellow Sales Engineers, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire team's performance and autonomy.

  • Enterprise Focus: Serve as the primary technical authority throughout the sales cycle for Upmarket and Enterprise accounts, aligning our platform's value with each prospect’s unique needs and R&D processes.

  • Drive Process Improvements: Play a hands-on role in continuously refining our sales engineering processes, ensuring they scale effectively with the company's growth.

  • Strategic Engagement: Engage with C-level and VP-level executives, leading discussions to uncover their strategic objectives and pain points, and demonstrating how our platform can address them.

  • Proof of Concepts: Design and execute proof of concepts that empower Enterprise prospects to achieve their goals, overcoming objections and ensuring user success with our platform.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to manage complex, technical deal cycles and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Market Feedback: Partner with Product Management to provide strategic insights from the field, influencing our product roadmap.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create impactful collateral that supports both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Experience mentoring others and a passion for guiding team members towards success.

  • Enterprise Experience: Proven track record in working with Upmarket and Enterprise accounts, especially in new categories or challenger spaces.

  • Autonomy and Initiative: A self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to operate in environments with ambiguous direction.

  • Executive Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at the executive level.

  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic startup environment, with a knack for continuous learning and improvement.

  • Process-Oriented Mindset: A passion for developing and refining processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
