As a Revenue Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team. Your responsibilities will include supporting Revenue Systems, subscription management, data integration, and system enhancements. Additionally, you would work closely with billing, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing operations, and compliance with accounting standards.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Manage subscription billing and revenue recognition processes using a Subscription Billing module within NetSuite.
  • Monitor & support subscription lifecycle events (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations) and align billing processes accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales and billing teams to manage complex billing scenarios (e.g., prorations, contract amendments, and renewals).
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts in revenue recognition and billing processes.
  • Generate revenue reports to provide actionable insights to finance leadership
  • Coordinate with external auditors for SOX compliance and revenue-related audits.
  • Collaborate with other Global Technology Solutions teams to ensure alignment, integration, and integrity of the financial systems


Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience working in NetSuite ERP, focusing on financials and billing modules.
  • Proven experience with Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) or other subscription management tools. (Zoura, SuiteBilling)
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606).
  • Experience with revenue automation processes and workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across multiple departments.


The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$100,000 - $150,000 USD
