monday.com is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to support our fast-growing LATAM region! This position will be the founding regional RevOps position in LATAM, working directly with the VP of LATAM.



About The Role

  • Localize and optimize sales processes to fit the regional needs of the LATAM market (e.g. account handovers, lead routing, etc.).
  • Serve as the regional go to person for business requests and needs.
  • Partner with global RevOps to align on system design while representing regional needs.
  • Structure and lead regional data and operational routines to support the region.
  • Own regional revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, funnel metrics, and sales productivity.
  • Act as the strategic advisor to LATAM leadership with data-driven recommendations.
  • Help define and manage LATAM sales territories and quota distribution in alignment with HQ.
  • Monitor pipeline coverage and suggest improvements for demand generation and lead distribution.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Partners, Marketing, Customer Success, and others to support regional planning, campaigns, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Act as the LATAM voice in global RevOps conversations—ensuring the region’s context is reflected in strategic decisions.

  • Own regional forecast operations, ensuring accuracy and accountability in weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences.
  • Support regional leadership with annual planning and budget alignment processes.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior revenue operations position within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Proven experience collaborating with global teams and cross-functional departments within a CRO organization, including working directly with leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex process changes and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Leading formal business routines such as forecasting calls, QBRs and MBRs, annual planning, and other day to day operations.
  • Analytically minded with the ability to extract insights from large data sets and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, with experience managing and manipulating large data sets. Familiarity with Google Sheets, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and SQL is a plus.
  • Resourcefulness, curiosity, proactiveness, and ambition, with a passion for solving complex problems and helping others succeed. You will often need to investigate and find solutions on your own, in uncertain situations and complex data structures.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Sao Paolo office.
