We are seeking a Sr. Associate of Revenue Operations to elevate our Revenue Operations function to new heights.

Over the last 2 years, the Revenue Operations function at FalconX has matured significantly. Core pillars have been implemented and/or solidified. A cadence of reporting exists, recurring operational support is in place, and insights are produced that drive business planning and results.

Now, an exciting opportunity exists to take the RevOps organization to the next level. The RevOps team is seen as a critical enabler and, as such, is experiencing increased demands to provide insights, thought partnership, and project management support. To deliver on these additional value-driving activities, we need increased bandwidth beyond the core work already underway. This role provides that bandwidth by both (1) supporting and taking ownership of some of the existing core work and (2) supporting and taking ownership of additional value-added initiatives.

This role has the opportunity to engage autonomously with cross-functional senior leaders. This role will overtime be asked to develop their own perspectives and priorities on key work while appropriately managing their existing responsibilities. This will help the person in this role grow into the next level.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce and BI / visualization tools like Sigma so they can leverage these tools to execute on some of the above items, but this is not a requirement for the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
