As a Senior Resource Manager, you will play a vital role. You will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.

As a Senior Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Attending weekly, daily, and Monthly review calls with the extended team (Planners, Service Managers, Outage excellence etc.…) to support outage planning, ensure timely fulfillment and mobilization of resources on the required work scopes.

• Managing closely His / Her team of Field Engineers, solving individual and team issues in a timely manner, in accordance with the company Policy & Procedures.

• Maximizing FSE utilization and their assigned hours to achieve and exceed the annual planned target.

• Collaborating with immigration & execution teams to ensure successful site mobilizations, logistics support and timely fulfillment of customer needs (Visas, gate pass readiness, site training etc.…).

• Encouraging the adoption of the company’s core values while promoting a team culture based on collaboration, inclusivity, transparency, and care.

• Utilizing forecasting tools and liaising with the regional leadership to drive HC planning and ensure future demands are met.

• Have excellent service skills to support internal stakeholders and customer needs.

• Have good communication & leadership skills (Track record of team management).

• Have solid Presentation & efficient time management skills

• Able to work under pressure.

• Have technical knowledge on Gas turbine, Gas Compressor and/or rotating equipment preferable.

• Have past on experience on Resource Management role or Project Management Experience or Operations Management.
