As a Reliability Digital Commercial Manager, you will cover commercial support, and contracts risk management and negotiations. You will collaborate with the deal team applying a wide variety of Reliability techniques to a diverse range of industries.

As a Reliability Digital Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the initial design and implementation of a new commercial process aimed at successfully collaborate with the partnering business

• Owning the proposal development process, including proposal quality and automation/productivity

• Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal proposal results and minimize risk

• Developing risk mitigation strategies that consider identified triggers in RFP’s and customer T&C’s while meeting business objectives

• Driving commercial compliance, including commercial process and contracts risk management

• Managing the commercial risk process and negotiate contracts

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in a Sales/Commercial role in contract risk management and contract negotiations

• Have relevant experience in commercial operations across multiple market segments

• Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously

• Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills
