Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor junior researchers in best practices and methodologies.
- Evaluate and implement new research tools and methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present comprehensive research reports to stakeholders and offer strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in research methodologies to maintain competitiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Science, Economics, Data Science, or Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research or a related field, with a proven track record of leading research projects.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting research findings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
