As our new Senior Regional Total Rewards Manager, you will cover the Total Reward area for the Nordics and Baltics P&O region. Preferred locations for this position is at one of our offices in Stockholm, Huskvarna, Jonsered or Malmö. 
 
Your role: 

In your role as our Senior Regional Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a competitive compensation strategy and comprehensive total rewards programs in line with Global Total Reward strategies and will report into the Global VP for Total Rewards. This role conducts market analysis, manages benefits administration, ensures compliance, and utilizes data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement and retention across the region. You will be people manager over a small team that will be working with total reward topics locally. 

 

Your key responsibilities:  

Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits plan and cycle aligned with the Global Rewards Strategy, starting from a throughout deep dive and analysis for the regional maturity in total reward topics.  

  • In close collaboration with Global Rewards develop the global compensation processes in Workday, then be responsible for running salary review processes for the region/countries in Workday in collaboration with HRBP´s. 

  • Develop country attachments to Global Total Reward policies in the area of benefits and compensation. 

  • Develop employment contract templates for the countries in the region and be the owner of those templates.

  • Localize and customize benefit and pension policies, benefits programs as per local regulations and practices and in line with global strategy.

  • Provide guidance and support to P&O teams and managers on compensation, grading and benefits-related matters.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding and utilization of compensation and benefits programs.

You will report to our Vice President Total Rewards with a dotted line to our Director People & Organisation.  
 

Your experience and skills: 

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally in a local or regional role.

  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations. 

  • Experience in HR service delivery, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems could be an advantage.

  • Experience of working in Workday is a merit.

  • High proficiency in both Swedish and English is a must 

 

About you: 

You’re an excellent communicator with interpersonal skills, and strong proficiency in  stakeholder management. 

Moreover, you have a strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits and a strong understanding of benchmarking, and market analysis within the area. You also have advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. As a person, you’re detail oriented and accurate.
