Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for fueling company growth by recruiting top industry talent and screening for technical and cultural fit. This individual will help CRB continue to build one of the most diverse and extraordinary interdisciplinary teams in the world. This position will work with hiring managers to fill company needs through screening and selecting qualified personnel amongst a wide pool of potential applicants and networks. The Senior Recruiter will schedule and facilitate interviews for the hiring managers and coordinate with local HR resources, as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Engage in CRB’s recruiting activities in alignment with overall corporate endeavors
- Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to identify and source talent
- Conduct phone screens and interviews in a timely manner
- Utilize various recruiting methods and tools to identify passive candidates
- Monitor the job requisition submittals and approval process within the applicant tracking system to ensure professionalism throughout the workflow process
- Source and attract candidates using a personal network of contacts, social media, attend industry meetings, career fairs, etc.
- Keep the recruiting database; SmartRecruiters, up to date with all recruiting activities
- Collaborate with regional HR specialists to process candidates through the hiring process
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruiting process
- Ensure delivery of prompt and effective communications with candidates & hiring managers throughout the full cycle recruiting process
- Utilize recruiting technology such as ATS, PowerBI, SharePoint and other tools to view and analyze recruiting data
- Other duties as assigned
This is a hybrid full-time position.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter in either a corporate or agency environment
- 1+ years’ Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) experience
- Proven success identifying, hiring, and retaining qualified personnel
- Solid interviewing skills under a variety of circumstances (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Ability to implement and utilize appropriate assessment tools in alignment with desired outcomes
- Familiarity with databases and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and judgement skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
