Sr Corporate Recruiter

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Corporate Functions Recruiter to lead strategic hiring initiatives and attract top-tier talent across multiple corporate functions. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment for roles spanning Professional to senior leadership (including VP-level positions) while serving as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sourcing, senior-level hiring, and consultative recruitment strategies—preferably within the financial services or business wealth industry.

**This position is based out of our Fort Mill, SC office, with an expectation to be in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will drive best-in-class hiring practices, elevate our employer brand, and ensure an outstanding client and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across corporate functions.

• Senior-Level Hiring: Partner with senior leadership to recruit top-tier professionals for high-impact roles, including VP and leadership positions.

• Direct Sourcing Expertise: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, and passive candidate engagement.

• Trusted Advisor & Business Partner: Provide data-driven insights, talent market analysis, and consultative hiring recommendations to influence hiring decisions.

• Candidate & Client Experience: Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience by fostering transparent communication and efficient hiring processes.

• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices and proactively build diverse talent pipelines.

• Process Optimization & Analytics: Leverage recruitment data and analytics to measure success, identify trends, and refine hiring strategies.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate functions and senior-level hiring.

• Expertise in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and senior search strategies.

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related industry.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and recruitment technologies.

Core Competencies:

• Strong consultative and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple high-profile searches while delivering a top-tier recruitment experience.

Preferences:

• Bachelors degree

• Experience with the following tools: Workday, Beamery, HireEZ, Phenom

Pay Range:

 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
