The Opportunity 

We're seeking a dynamic and growth-minded talent to join us in the role of Senior Recruiter to excel at actively sourcing and leading all recruiting processes for 'hard-to-find' talent and high-profile, impactful positions for the Momentum team. You'll play a key role in our team, collaborating closely with other incredible  and talented individuals. You'll contribute to understanding the intricacies of each position and take an innovative approach to sourcing, engaging, and landing the right candidate for our growing organization, while partnering closely with leaders across our corporate functions—Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT & Cybersecurity, Workplace Experience, Strategy & Operations, and Corporate Development, to name a few. 

As a "full-stack recruiter," you will bring expertise in owning a limited yet high-touch requisition load, using a blend of data and technology to drive each search forward while keeping both the hiring manager and candidate engaged throughout the journey in a collaborative, innovative environment and be part of our mission to enable, accelerate, and empower our partners at Momentum companies, allowing them to deliver best-in-class solutions for their customers. About This Role at Momentum

As a Senior Recruiter on our People & Culture team at Momentum, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your overall responsibilities might look like:

  • Start your day by reviewing candidate pipeline data and insights to prioritize outreach and refine your strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to analyze market trends and identify innovative ways to attract top talent in corporate functions.
  • Join weekly strategy sessions with the Momentum senior leadership team to align on goals and contribute to our mission of becoming a global talent destination, ensuring our recruitment approach drives Momentum’s growth.
  • Engage with hiring managers and leadership, drawing on diverse perspectives to build tailored recruitment strategies for each open role and drive exceptional hiring decisions.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and senior stakeholders across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor whose insights drive informed hiring aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the creation and enhancement of recruiting processes for corporate functions, ensuring consistency and efficiency while balancing structure with agility and setting a benchmark for what "good" looks like at Momentum.
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, confidently handling ambiguity while proactively shaping recruitment strategies and processes to meet evolving needs.
  • Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies for each requisition, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Handshake, and niche job boards to attract and engage high-caliber passive talent.
  • Leverage social media and networking to showcase Momentum’s unique opportunities and evolving EVP, engaging potential candidates and positioning Momentum as an attractive employer.Partner with hiring managers to create consistent, yet customized selection and interview processes that deliver a seamless, thoughtful candidate experience while thoroughly assessing fit for high-profile roles.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive insights to strategically navigate the talent landscape and support recruiting efforts.
  • Ensure that recruitment processes align with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, upholding Momentum’s standards for quality and integrity in hiring.
  • Plan for upcoming hiring initiatives by collaborating with your team and business leaders, aligning on future goals, and preparing processes that support long-term hiring success.

In this role, the Senior Recruiter will act as a "bar raiser," setting a high standard for talent across Momentum. Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Has at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years independently managing requisitions end-to-end.
  • Brings proven expertise in recruiting for corporate roles such as Finance, Legal, IT, and HR.
  • Is experienced in sourcing for roles across all levels, from early career to senior and strategic positions, including unique or first-time roles within a company. 
  • Partners effectively with senior stakeholders at the Director level and above.
  • Is passionate and highly skilled in talent sourcing, with expertise in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, Handshake, and Greenhouse, and a strong network within corporate functions.
  • Possesses exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, enabling effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Can operate independently, balancing priorities and handling ambiguity with agility, while also thriving as a collaborative team member.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HRCI, AIRS, ASA) are a plus.
  • Has a passion for building and sustaining successful organizations and is driven to make a positive impact through recruitment.
  • Shows a high level of focus, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy in environments with competing priorities.
  • Ideal candidates will bring experience from high-growth or start-up environments, where adaptability and operational efficiency are key to success.
  • Can handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and remaining agile.

When considering experience for this role, we typically find a great fit with candidates who have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the specified field. Additionally, experience in a holding company and/or in a start-up environment is a definite plus.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
