The role and its impact on Verisure Technology

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in the maintenance and continuous evolution of the portfolio, generating and analysing new functionalities. This position bridges the technical and operational aspects of product management. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams to review and define end-to-end processes, manage and prioritize improvement initiatives, and integrate products and services into the client's environment.

Job purpose

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the analysis of the in-country portfolio:

• Ensure the maintenance and continuous evolution of the portfolio, generating and analysing new functionalities.
• Review and define end-to-end processes, encompassing the operation and technical flows of the product.
• Technical knowledge in the design and development of products and services, as well as testing capabilities.
• Bug detection and management.
• Process analysis: Enable understanding of the end-to-end flow.
• Prepare monitoring reports and execute corresponding action plans.
• Analyse and present key findings.
• Experience with incident management methodologies, change management, performance measurement, and project management.
• Manage and prioritize improvement initiatives for products and services.
• Integrate products and services into the client's environment.
• Communications (RF, GPRS, WiFi/Ethernet): Analyse and identify areas for improvement in communication flows.

Experiences & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues, complemented by a comprehensive 360º vision.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in similar responsibilities
• English (B2 or higher), capable of working in an international environment and on global projects.
