Meet the Job
- Develop, enhance, and execute manual and automated functional tests using Protractor, Playwright and REST Assured, covering the full stack of the application;
- Conduct non-functional tests, including performance, scalability, and security assessments, to maintain high standards;
- Champion quality assurance within the team by taking ownership of the testing process, definition of test cases and prioritizing quality as a core deliverable;
- Collaborate with team members to refine and estimate user stories, plan sprints, and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives;
- Engage with the QA Guild team to share knowledge, explore new standards, and experiment with innovative QA techniques.
How about you?
- Get hands-on in full-stack QA Engineering, mastering both manual and automated testing tools with finesse using BDD (we work with Cucumber);
- Become an expert in Web UI testing using Protractor and Playwright, and ace Web Service (API) testing with REST Assured, ensuring seamless digital experiences;
- Use your Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript skills to level up your testing strategies, injecting innovation at every turn;
- Navigate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) effortlessly, blending seamlessly with tools like Jenkins and GoCD for continuous integration;
- Embrace exploratory testing, uncovering hidden gems and championing top-notch quality;
- Drive yourself forward with a proactive, self-driven attitude, always ready to tackle challenges head-on;
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English, fostering teamwork and driving success.
