Job Description

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for innovating and driving new quality initiatives and establishing new test frameworks and testing processes.


  • Design and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, automation, and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products

  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to understand software quality requirements and design effective test strategies.

  • Define release planning and provide input on software readiness for production deployment.

  • Define key metrics for measuring and reporting on the quality of software products and test effectiveness.

  • Identify and document defects, issues, and potential areas of improvement in the software development process.

  • Perform root cause analysis of complex issues and work with the development team to resolve problems and enhance the overall product quality.

  • Adapt new technologies, tools, and processes from the organization as needed.

  • Managing multiple tasks and maintaining up-to-date records.

  • Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Familiarity with automation frameworks

  • Data parsing and validation experience with XML and JSON

  • Experience with database testing, including designing and manipulating test data

  • Knowledge of design principles, design patterns, anti-patterns, and best practices for maintainable code

  • A passion for technology and continuous learning to keep up with the latest testing trends and techniques


Basic Requirements

  • 6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience

  • 4+ years of delivering test automation test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience

  • Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak)

  • Proficient on Linux and Windows platforms

  • Experience with cloud platforms ( Azure, GCP, and AWS)

  • Experience with C#

  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., GitHub, AzureDevops )
