Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all activities under the ICAM project, ensuring compliance with GSA requirements and serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Implement project management processes following PMBOK guidelines, covering initiation to closeout phases, using Agile and incremental Waterfall approaches.
  • Organize and host project kick-off meetings with stakeholders, covering scope, staffing, security requirements, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) detailing progress updates, problem resolutions, staffing changes, cost tracking, and milestones.
  • Provide strategic planning support, including SWOT and PEST analyses, to identify growth opportunities and improvements for the ICAM Division.
  • Develop, maintain, and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP) to meet performance and quality expectations.
  • Assist in IT acquisition processes, including market research, requirements drafting, cost estimation, and compliance.
  • Lead innovation efforts by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies in the ICAM space, determining potential impacts and value.
  • Build and develop future roadmaps, setting a strategic vision for program growth, scalability, and transformation.
  • Think creatively to identify new solutions, methods, and approaches to achieve program objectives, ensuring the delivery of innovative results.
  • Establish authority in the ICAM space, leveraging expertise to drive program success and foster industry leadership.
  • Ensure seamless transition phases with minimal service disruption, managing Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans effectively.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with NIST standards, ICAM architecture, and security requirements.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic plans, conducting risk assessments, driving process improvements, and implementing forward-thinking solutions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate effectively with government and contractor personnel, and influence program direction through strategic insights.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex project challenges and recommend actionable, out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to maintain productive relationships with government clients and partners.
  • Deep understanding of federal regulations and contract administration, ensuring adherence to performance standards and acceptable quality levels (AQLs).


Education and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, with 5 years specialized in ICAM or IT management.
  • US Citizenship/Green Card holder (GC atleast 3+ Years)
  • MBI Clearance is highly preferred.


Certifications:

  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP) highly preferred.
