Senior Program Manager (PM) – A&D Sector Interconnect Solutions (IS)
Location: Remote
Scope:
TTM Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager within our Aerospace and Defense Interconnect Solutions Business Unit. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and quality on a portfolio of sector projects with leadership oversight, delivery on strategic Corporate initiatives, and building and maintaining key customer relationships. The IS Senior PM will utilize their finance background, experience with Customer Service, and data analysis skills to drive financial and operational performance on projects within the IS Business Unit.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes across multiple projects and with cross-functional internal and external teams to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints

Utilizes & follows standard project scheduling and planning tools per applicable project/program management processes. Assists in developing project management best practices/templates/tools.

Organizes, understands, and analyzes consolidated project status and financial information for reporting and action

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets

Participates in or leads customer and project meetings reviews, and tracks progress of day to day commitments

Ensures that problems and issues are dealt with in a structured manner, using accepted problem solving and root cause analysis. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business

10+ years of experience within A&D

Customer service orientation
-
Has effective written, oral and presentation skills.

Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

PMI Certification preferred
-
Able to travel (~25%), mainly to Customer and TTM A&D sites, in support of program requirements and milestones

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance to SECRET level.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
