About the RoleThe Sr. Program Manager - Marketing & Creative Operations will report to the Director of Creative Operations, serving as the operational backbone for our brand, creative, and marketing teams. You will map out timelines and scopes of work, transforming marketing briefs into actionable campaigns. This position is vital to keeping our team focused on creating exceptional work. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure all creative projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Your ability to create efficient workflow processes and establish realistic timelines will make you our creative team's biggest champion.
You'll balance multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines. Beyond excellent planning skills, strong interpersonal communication and diplomacy are essential. From large brand marketing initiatives to quick-turn requests, you'll be the go-to person who gets things done with precision and care.What You'll Do
- Ensure seamless execution and workflow management for seasonal marketing campaigns, creative requests, and additional cross-functional projects
- Develop and manage comprehensive calendars for all seasonal campaigns, brand initiatives, and special projects, ensuring timely delivery of assets across platforms and channels
- Optimize team productivity by efficiently managing resources to balance workload and bandwidth
- Manage tasks, projects, and campaigns within Airtable, ensuring they're up to date daily with all changes/updates properly tracked
- Facilitate planning meetings, ongoing status meetings, key milestones, and final handoff of all marketing assets
- Build partnerships and strong relationships across departments including brand strategy, creative, product and digital merchandising, visual merchandising, and production teams
- Lead process optimization initiatives to unify team members and eliminate inefficiencies in current workflows
- Assist in implementing and refining marketing processes and onboard cross functional team members using aligned tools/software
Who You Are
- 6-8 years of project management experience, preferably in the digital/ecommerce space and/or retail environment
- Acute ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of appropriate timeframes required to complete creative tasks and marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, influence stakeholders, and stay focused on timely deliverables
- Robust understanding of business goals and how they translate to managing assignments and briefs
- Proficient with project management tools including Airtable, with the ability to create and maintain complex workflows, automations, and reporting systems
- Keen attention to detail and highly organized approach to work
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated skills in filtering, prioritizing, and analyzing complex projects and procedures
- Passion to make a meaningful impact on the overall success of a brand and business
