The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team is responsible for the management and development of innovative system solutions that generate valuable business insights about our customers and profitability in the Red Bull organizations around the globe.
In this role, based on business and user needs, you’ll be entrusted with identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements as well as new processes and technologies. Your mission will be to improve user experience, secure data quality and find process efficiencies. You'll also be responsible to understand, guard and optimise the way that the system is integrated with other Red Bull tools within the Finance, Sales and Operations departments. As part of the projects, you'll lead or support, you'll be entrusted and encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas and methods to tackle complex topics. Additionally, you'll act as a point of contact for local Key Users and support them in case of any tool questions as well as system issues.
Job Description
LEADING SYSTEM AND PROCESS OPTIMISATION PROJECTS
In this role, you'll lead project teams and projects from end to end: from project planning, over understanding and documentation of business requirements (BSS), to system testing, implementation and training the users. Depending on the project’s complexity, urgency, and length, you'll define which approach and methodology to apply to achieve the project goals best. You'll be expected to challenge the status quo, facilitate discussions, as well as continuously identify and manage various project and process dependencies. For this reason, a proven track record of stakeholder management and strong communication skills is vital for this role.
OVERSEEING CPM INTEGRATION WITH OTHER TOOLS
Throughout all your projects, you'll be tasked with overseeing and optimising the way the Customer Profitability System (CPM) is integrated with other Red Bull tools. You'll lead and facilitate discussions on complex data flows and structures as a subject matter expert from the data side. In addition, with your understanding of different system and business process dependencies, you'll act as a strong partner to our IT team on large system improvements and technology change projects. Therefore, an understanding of complex technical solutions is essential, as well as a general technical affinity and prior experience with system implementations as a key user.
BUSINESS PARTNER FOR LOCAL MARKETS AND HQ
In this role, you'll be a partner for both subsidiaries and HQ in establishing and fully taking advantage of the potential of the CPM system, with a focus on business processes. You'll collaborate with sales, revenue management, finance and operations teams to capture business requirements and keep a strong alignment on the short and long-term strategy. Hence, it is important that you have a solid and diverse business background in order to understand and challenge different cross-functional topics. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our Project Management Office team to ensure the quality and consistency of our internal project management practices.
SYSTEM SUPPORT AND QUALITY
You’ll act as a global point of contact for the CPM tool and help local key users around the world in case of process or system-related issues and questions. Thereby, you’ll ensure proper system functioning, find efficiencies and tackle areas of opportunity concerning system handling and related business processes within the CPM system.
TRAINING OF THE ORGANIZATION
Another task is the conception and creation of trainings and workshops as well as the preparation of related materials and documentation. You’ll hold on-site and online trainings for the system users of our subsidiaries to ensure proper system handling and to strengthen the connection with key users.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management/ Finance/ Controlling/ Product Management/ IT/ Sales
University Degree in Business Administration or Finance or IT
Strong IT skills and technically savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analytics tool is an advantage (SAP - CRM, ERP (SD, FI, COPA), S4/HANA, SAC, BI or Essbase, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience in the FMCG industry and/or focus on sales controlling or revenue management is an advantage
Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organised, proactive and passionate for learning
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
