In this role, you'll oversee immersive content experiences on a global scale and support countries in empowering our sales teams through retail media and the digitalization of Points of Sale. You'll work closely with stakeholders on Digital Signage initiatives and events to fulfill different activation goals while continuously improving our communication with audiences, whenever and wherever possible.

Job Description

Content Management

In this role, you'll be working closely with internal and external teams, creating new and improving existing placements with immersive content-experiences. As content-scheduling requirements will differ from stakeholder to stakeholder, it will be crucial to understand their relevant needs. This may involve sourcing and preparing content collections, as well as managing the end-to-end scheduling of screens.


Trainings

As a Digital Content and Project Specialist, you'll conduct user training sessions for scheduling and content management tools and processes. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure will be essential in this role. Given the diverse range of stakeholders, strong communication skills are key to your success. To best serve your stakeholders, you'll need to translate their unique needs into optimal content and product experiences.


Content Support

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues related to Digital Signage content for your stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include providing remote and on-site support and managing rollouts. To excel in this role, you'll need to have superior knowledge of the existing content within Red Bull, respective tools and a comprehensive technical understanding to guarantee a smooth playout of the content.


Platform Migration & Testing

To ensure the long-term success of our solutions, we strive for excellence in our products. You will be responsible for ensuring that all acceptance criteria are met for the smooth operation of our platform. Your role will involve consistently verifying that all features and functionalities are working correctly, and that the entire content library is accurately displayed and well-maintained.


Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event/project management or media related role

Fluent in English, any additional language considered an advantage

Beneficial – previous knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud or any other graphic design tools

Passion for content, technology and innovation

Effective communication skills

Independent, efficient and structured working

Ability to keep an eye on details while keeping the big picture in mind

Team Player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
