Description

In this role, you work with an established scrum team supporting our clients, delivering products that drive business value and benefit end users.

As Senior Product Owner, you drive product discovery, design, and delivery. You work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and work closely with end users to understand their goals. You work with the Product Manager and the client to contribute to the product vision and roadmap. You work with the UX/UI designer to craft solutions to the problems being solved. You author Epics and User Stories to build and manage the product backlog, guiding the scrum team throughout the delivery of the roadmap. You partner with the scrum master to help the scrum team deliver with high efficiency, demonstrating progress at the end of each sprint. You coordinate with program resources outside of your scrum team, to ensure dependencies are worked for the release to be successful. You work with Operations to ensure production issues are analyzed and resolved within the bounds of our SLAs.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Advanced level product discovery
• Expert level agile/scrum methodologies
• Expert level backlog management
• Advanced problem solving skills
• An agile mindset with a positive attitude
• Proven record of bring concepts/ideas to reality
• Works well in a team environment
• Takes pride in your work

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the government or healthcare sector
• Intermediate level understanding of SDLCs other than Agile
• Intermediate level understanding of test methodologies

Salary

At Moser Consulting, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The $105k-$135k salary range for this role is not just a number—it’s a reflection of the value we place on the skills and experience our employees bring to our team. Where You'll Work

This person will be required to work a hybrid, on-site work schedule, out of either the downtown or Castleton office.
