As a Senior Product Operations at Gong, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring the efficiency and scalability of our product teams. Your work will drive operational excellence, enabling teams to deliver innovative products effectively. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analytics teams to refine workflows, integrate data-driven decision-making, and improve cross-functional execution.
As a Senior Product Operations, you will:
- Design and implement scalable product processes – Develop structured workflows for feature prioritization, requirements documentation, and OKR management.
- Drive operational efficiency – Establish best practices for cross-functional collaboration, resource planning, and execution optimization.
- Enhance data-driven decision-making – Partner with Product Analytics to define data governance, establish key metrics, and integrate insights into product planning.
- Manage strategic initiatives – Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve team alignment, execution, and operational efficiency.
- Develop training programs and knowledge management systems – Ensure seamless onboarding and continuous skill development across teams.
- Optimize internal tools and systems – Oversee the procurement, integration, and management of collaboration and analytics tools.
- Lead change management efforts – Implement feedback loops and process improvements to drive continuous operational enhancements.
- Support user research and market insights – Coordinate research efforts to refine product strategy and improve decision-making.
You should apply if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, process optimization, or a related field.
- A proven track record of driving operational excellence and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management and BI tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in change management and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance operational performance and product success.
