We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Director to lead our core advertiser offering, where the Performance AI Engine serves as the central pillar.

This role will define and drive the development of tools and technologies that enable advertisers to achieve optimal results, leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning to continuously optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple domains and engaging with stakeholders, including Tech Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Analysts, Product Marketing, Sales Teams, and Senior Executives.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Lead the core advertiser performance offering: Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan with a primary focus on the Performance AI Engine.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to advance the development of predictive AI models and optimization tools.
  • Build and integrate solutions that drive advertiser success across metrics like CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance offering aligns seamlessly with broader product strategies and business goals.
  • Act as a thought leader for performance optimization, articulating the value of AI-driven solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present insights, opportunities, and results to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.

What are the skills a good Product Advertiser Director needs to have? :

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles, with a strong focus on performance advertising, AI, or machine learning products.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong technical understanding of machine learning models, AI-driven optimization tools, and advertising technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset, leveraging data to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Computer Science, or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, or campaign performance optimization.
  • A track record of successfully launching AI-powered products that directly impact business goals.
