Navan is building the future of business travel, and we’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of our newest product — a category-defining, AI-powered experience that’s reshaping how people move for work.
In this role, you’ll own the marketing strategy from the ground up. You’ll define and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans, craft compelling messaging and positioning, and lead end-to-end acquisition and retention efforts. This is more than a launch — it’s an opportunity to shape the identity of a product built on cutting-edge AI and entirely new UX paradigms. You’ll work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, design, and growth to bring this innovation to market — and into the lives of millions of travelers.
This is a rare chance to join a high-impact team and influence the future of an entire industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive GTM strategy and execution for a new, AI-powered consumer product
- Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions based on deep user insight and market research
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, landing pages, and in-product surfaces
- Write and execute lifecycle email campaigns that drive onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with design and content teams to craft high-converting landing pages, ads, and creative assets
- Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and funnel flows to improve conversion at every stage
- Partner with product, design, engineering, and growth teams to align on user journeys and deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences
- Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously iterate based on data
- Help shape long-term product and marketing strategy, identifying key growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role — ideally in a fast-paced tech or consumer-facing company with a strong focus on the U.S. market
- A proven track record of launching and scaling successful B2C products
- Passion for AI, new technologies, and breakthrough user experiences — with the ability to translate innovation into value users understand and love
- Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to drive both acquisition and retention
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills — able to bring clarity, emotion, and impact to complex ideas
- Data-driven approach with experience running tests, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments
- Native English speaker or equivalent fluency — a strong plus

What We Do
Navan is the all-in-one super app that makes travel and expense easy so you can focus on being there, not getting there. Say goodbye to spending hours on the phone trying to change your flight or saving stacks of receipts to manually input expenses. From EAs and finance teams to travel managers and employees, Navan empowers people to focus on the things that matter most to them — all while providing companies with real-time visibility, savings, and control.
Navan’s investors include visionaries like Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Ventures, Greenoaks, Zeev Ventures, and entrepreneurs Lee Fixel, Adam Bain, and Elad Gil. In Oct 2022, Navan announced its Series G upround at a post-money valuation of $9.2B to help accelerate future growth plans.
In April 2023, Navan expanded in the Indian market with the acquisition of Tripeur, a modern, people-centric corporate travel and expense management company. The group’s fifth acquisition in under two years, Tripeur joined the Navan Group alongside Spanish meetings and events specialists, Atlanta Events & Corporate Travel Consultants; Berlin-based modern travel management company, Comtravo; leading Scandinavian travel agency Resia AB; and London-based high-touch TMC, Reed & Mackay.
