Navan is building a new AI-first product for frequent business travelers and is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive the early-stage growth engine.
You will lead funnel management, website development, beta group operations, early acquisition initiatives, and SEO coordination — setting the foundation for scalable growth. This role is perfect for someone who is data-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a builder’s environment.
You'll kickstart and operationalize growth activities before we onboard dedicated SEO and acquisition specialists.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness through activation and early retention.
- Lead the beta group recruitment and engagement, building valuable user feedback loops.
- Manage the buildout and optimization of the early web presence, working with internal and external teams.
- Launch and manage early performance marketing experiments (search, social, partnerships) to find scalable acquisition channels.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to execute early SEO strategy (content roadmap, technical needs, reporting).
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights to the marketing and leadership teams.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align growth initiatives with user journey milestones.
- Test, learn, and iterate across channels, messaging, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in a B2C space
- Strong data and analytics skills — highly fluent in marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and experiment design.
- Experience launching or managing high-converting web assets.
- Hands-on experience running early-stage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Highly collaborative and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker with a strong bias toward experimentation and iteration.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where systems and processes are still being built.

What We Do
Navan is the all-in-one super app that makes travel and expense easy so you can focus on being there, not getting there. Say goodbye to spending hours on the phone trying to change your flight or saving stacks of receipts to manually input expenses. From EAs and finance teams to travel managers and employees, Navan empowers people to focus on the things that matter most to them — all while providing companies with real-time visibility, savings, and control.
Navan’s investors include visionaries like Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Ventures, Greenoaks, Zeev Ventures, and entrepreneurs Lee Fixel, Adam Bain, and Elad Gil. In Oct 2022, Navan announced its Series G upround at a post-money valuation of $9.2B to help accelerate future growth plans.
In April 2023, Navan expanded in the Indian market with the acquisition of Tripeur, a modern, people-centric corporate travel and expense management company. The group’s fifth acquisition in under two years, Tripeur joined the Navan Group alongside Spanish meetings and events specialists, Atlanta Events & Corporate Travel Consultants; Berlin-based modern travel management company, Comtravo; leading Scandinavian travel agency Resia AB; and London-based high-touch TMC, Reed & Mackay.
