We're seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive product growth and empower our front-line teams. You’ll be coordinating across marketing while working closely with product teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, working on everything from ideation to GTMs to post-launch support. As we release features you’ll be ensuring our sales and project partners are equipped to effectively represent and sell Malt's offerings. You’re a natural storyteller who is in love with product, is right at home in copywriting, and is obsessed with driving measurable results.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Work directly with product teams on product development and lead releases with positioning, go-to-market strategies, and more.
- Craft positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value of a given product or service.
- Create content for front-line teams (sales and project partners), educate them on key updates, and gather feedback for our product teams.
- Lead our new global sales certification program (product demos and executive summary) while coordinating with the Sales Excellence team.
- Craft and update relevant customer and freelancer personas
About you 🧑🚀
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles
- Experience working closely with product teams in B2B SAAS and or marketplaces with a B2B component
- Data-driven and results oriented, with a bias towards action
- Natural copywriter and storyteller that is highly skilled in positioning and messaging
- Able to effectively run complex GTMs and interdepartmental project management
- Familiarity with sales enablement and creating key sales documentation
- Professionally fluent in English and either French (if based in France), or German (if based in Germany)

- First call with Chloé, Talent Acquisition Manager to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
- Interview with your future manager, Dustin, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role (45-60 minutes)
- Business case to prepare and present at Malt’s office in order to assess your technical skills
- Final interview with Oliver, CMO, to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
