We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and a passion for understanding customer needs.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring they are well-documented, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives
- Gather customer feedback, conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, to identify opportunities and gaps in the market through continuous research
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements
- Provide business justification for product features and develop use cases to convey the why and how of new product capabilities
- Work with sales, sales engineers, customer success,and other field teams and provide product related support and sales enablement data in a timely manner to support business growth
What makes you a fit:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing security products, with at least one role as a senior product manager
- Excellent leadership and personal skills
- Self-organized, process driven with the ability to break complex problems down into manageable components and goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience writing product specifications and other product-related documentation
- Worked in a startup and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
