We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team and play a key role in helping us refactor, grow and unify our product capabilities. You would interact closely with the Product, Design and Research teams, Engineering, Quality, Product Marketing and Support, and multiple other stakeholders, in order to understand, research and grow the 8x8 products.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering teams, applying Agile principles for efficient project management
Define product requirements, oversee testing, and create comprehensive documentation for Contact Center, Unified Collaboration and Customer Engagement analytics products
Collaborate with go-to-market teams such as sales, solutions engineering, and marketing to provide sales enablement, develop impactful demos, and create a wide range of product materials
Partner with technical operations and carrier relationship management teams to optimize support processes, customer onboarding, provisioning, and connectivity
Work closely with other 8x8 teams, including contact center, unified communications, and meetings, to ensure seamless integration and leveraging of shared resources
Provide strategic leadership for your product portfolio, driving roadmap development and offering guidance to other product managers to foster growth and best practices
Engage with internal and external customer groups to gather feedback, explore usage, and integrate insights into the roadmap
Assess the business impact of the new products and features through product analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitu)
Aid sales and finance teams in defining pricing and implementing billing processes for existing and upcoming products
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in product management for an enterprise cloud/SaaS product/service
Strong relevant experience in product management, with a focus on B2B products or a related field
Strong knowledge of API usage, technical documentation, and tutorial creation
Experience working in software development following Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with customers and external stakeholders
Entrepreneurial, quick-thinker able to understand technical problems and plan solutions
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
