As a Product Manager for our OneSumX SaaS solutions, you will independently execute specialized tasks and play a critical role in ensuring the success of various product initiatives. Your expertise will support the product management team in delivering high-quality outcomes and meeting market needs.

Develop and monitor key product and service performance indicators in line with our service levels and contractual commitments

Monitor Cloud infrastructure cost and advise the Product Management and Operations teams on cost optimization opportunities

Monitor and govern incident management

Act as a key stakeholder in the security attestations and overseeing Disaster Recovery exercises for the Product and Service

Coordination with our Support Team and communication towards clients of root cause analyses

Assist and advise with new customer technical onboarding on SaaS

Assist in the sales process as a SaaS subject matter expert

Provide strategic recommendations to the product management team and the SaaS roadmap owner based on customer feedback and KPI trends like service availability reports

Drive implementation of customer feedback to drive service enhancements

Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to ensure project success

Monitor service performance and initiate improvement projects
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree
-
2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Account Management or Customer Success Management role (with affinity for or background in Technology and client-facing environment)

Advanced level of English
Nice to have:

Experience working in companies that work with Cloud technology like Azure, AWS or GCP

Prior exposure to IT and affinity with IT security

Experience with OneSumX products
