The Senior Product Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Pick-Up and Drop-Off (PUDO) service strategy. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience, optimizing the PUDO network, and driving product innovation to meet the needs of both customers and business partners.

Job Description

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop and implement a vision and roadmap for the PUDO network.
  • Maintain the product roadmap and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.

Partner and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including operation, tech, marketing, and sales.
  • Manage relationships with external logistics partners and retailers to expand and enhance the PUDO network.

Product Development

  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with tech teams.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to integrate new solutions
  • Oversee the development process to ensure timely delivery of features.

Product Launch & Marketing

  • Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Coordinate product launches, including training for internal teams and creating promotional materials.
  • Track the success of launches and iterate based on market reception.

Customer-Centric Approach

  • Ensure seamless, user-friendly processes for customers using PUDO services.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to improve the product.
  • Advocate for user needs during all phases of product development.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyze usage metrics, operational efficiency, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs like customer satisfaction, network reliability, and service adoption rates.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities.
  • Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Keep the PUDO service scalable and adaptable to market trends and demands.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

 Experience:

  • 8+ years in product management or a related role.
  • Experience in product management, with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in logistics, or e-commerce, with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Aha!.
