Event Rental Systems (ERS)/Dumpster Rental Systems (DRS), a robust 15-year-old technology company, part of the Fullsteam Organization, specializes in entertainment and rental services, including bounce houses and dumpster rentals. We are dedicated to simplifying complex challenges and streamlining operations through a unified system tailored for minor configuration and customization.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will collaborate directly with our CTO, Bradley Friemel, and President, Aaron Plante, to design and implement high-impact features and conduct a full UI refresh. Your responsibilities will include user research, market analysis, and wire framing. Mastery of tools like Miro and Figma is highly desirable, though not required. Your daily tasks will involve managing project timelines and deliverables within Jira, overseeing additional boards, and distributing tasks across our engineering team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to design and prototype new system features.
  • Conduct comprehensive user and market research to validate and prioritize product initiatives.
  • Fully understand the software system features and design.
  • Generate and maintain supportive materials, including customer-facing roadmaps, internal roadmaps, feature reports, release notes, product research reports, and industry research reports.
  • Travel to industry conferences to represent the product, gather market insights, and engage with customers.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables using Jira, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
  • Occasionally travel to Business Offices for team-building events and maintain strong team cohesion.
  • Facilitate the transition of our work environment from startup to established enterprise, influencing the creation of new procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of product design tools such as Miro or Figma.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools, particularly Jira.
  • Ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel infrequently and work on-site during the initial training period.
  • Prior knowledge of the entertainment and rental industry is advantageous but not required as we are developing a comprehensive training system to support your integration and success.
