The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (UX) who has experience helping marketers turn data into value. You’ll help define the future of activation in the Amperity platform, an area that’s seen growth in the past few years. You’ll understand the inner workings of how our customers and marketers work with our product, to bring value to end-users, and how to bring it all together in a delightful experience. You’ll have experience with activation platforms, understanding of UX, marketing organizations, and how MarTech is evolving the roles and work every day. You will report to the VP of Product.

Interesting Problems

  • Lead the development of design solutions to user, product, and business problems.  
  • Create elegant experiences to power campaigns at scale for some of the largest B2C brands in the world.
  • Understand the value of a unified customer view and making that available to our customers.
  • Engage with customers for research and partner with them on designs, and always iterating based on user feedback.
  • Ingest and clean large amounts of data daily and blending it with real-time events.
  • Automatically stitch data together across different systems by training machine-learning models to build a probabilistic knowledge graph.
  • Allow users to perform complex, real-time queries across an aggregated view of their data.
  • Publishing query result data to a diverse set of systems for client usage.
  • Create a powerful and elegant user experience to make these systems accessible for humans.

About You

  • 5+ years experience with understanding and using data to make delightful experiences for less technical users.
  • 5+ years experience working with activation or campaign systems, and understanding the complexity of orchestration across many platforms.
  • 5+ years experience building SaaS tools with shipping value to customers.
  • Manage improvements in design based on UX testing and partner input and provide guidance and expertise to engage partners on product design to achieve product goals. 
  • Define Measurements for the platform and report on them to business and executive leadership.
  • Experience as the primary owner for complex projects involving coordination between customers, product management, and engineering.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and investigate new technologies.
  • A demonstrated history of escalating success in your career.
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in product management roles.

Seattle, WA 

Our hybrid work model includes three days in the office each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility

Compensation


Base Salary:  $170,000 - $230,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. 

Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.

Stock Options:  The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
