As a Senior Product Manager focused on Tableau.com, you will be a key driver in redefining our digital presence and customer experience. You will lead the product roadmap for core areas of Tableau.com, focusing on optimizing the website platform to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and ultimately, business growth. This includes defining and prioritizing features and functionalities that enhance user journeys, improve site performance, and support Tableau's overall marketing and sales objectives. You will play a critical role in defining an Agent led web experience for Tableau.com. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring your vision to life, using data and user insights to inform your decisions.

This role requires a deep understanding of web analytics, content management systems, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to directly and measurably influence the Tableau.com experience and the success of the business.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply data from various sources (customer feedback, analytics, industry insights) to inform decisions and improve the Tableau web experience. This includes developing quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess product impact and optimize outcomes by using existing and seeking new data sources.

Product Launch and Operational Excellence: Lead smooth, timely launches of features and updates, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, business goals, and technical requirements. This includes quickly addressing raised issues, working cross-functionally to minimize customer impact and build trust through high-value feature delivery.
