We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Product Manager to spearhead gaming content integrations, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams, strategic alignment, and seamless execution across the Product Delivery Lifecycle. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with internal stakeholders, coordinating priorities, and driving efficiency in our integration processes to support Superbet’s ambitious growth in gaming content. The Senior Product Manager is crucial to Superbet’s ability to deliver a world-class gaming experience by ensuring new content integrations are executed seamlessly and aligned with strategic priorities. By bridging the gap between teams and driving alignment, this role directly supports the company’s growth in new markets and enhances our gaming content product, positioning Superbet as a leader in the industry.
Leading the gaming content integration product area, you would have an extensive understanding of what is involved in provider integrations, both from a game content and marketing capability perspective, being passionate and self-motivated about solving the highest-priority opportunities as efficiently as possible. We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years experience in a Product Manager role or similar within the iGaming industry.
- Exceptional product management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a well organized product backlog.
- Deep understanding of the value/domain of the requirements, keep stakeholders at different levels informed of initiative updates.
- Ability to own the communication of P0 issues/blockers with stakeholders, manage timelines and dependencies, and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Extensive domain knowledge in game content, gaming providers and integrations, including game types, marketing capabilities, market awareness, and with at least a basic technical understanding of different integration types eg. direct, reverse, aggregators.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and act as a central liaison between stakeholders, including engineering, regional teams, and commercial teams.
- Strategic mindset with experience managing a highly competitive product backlog, identifying growth opportunities, and planning towards a vision.
- Proven collaboration experience across teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience in supplier relationship management, preferably within the gaming or technology sector, is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills.
What you'll be doing:
Product management and road-mapping
- Understand the current gaming content landscape and discover opportunities to optimize it (e.g., leverage existing integrations in new markets or fill content gaps).
- Gather insights from central and local commercial teams to shape a comprehensive and strategic provider roadmap.
- Prioritize integrations based on business needs, market potential, and cross-departmental input, managing them in a well organized product backlog.
- Coordinate product launch plans with marketing, commercial, operations, and support teams
- Plan and coordinate with the integration team to ensure iterations are executed efficiently and align with broader business objectives.
Stakeholder communication
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, timelines, and challenges.
- Align cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and commercial, ensuring everyone is working toward shared goals.
- Proactively address challenges and foster transparent communication across all involved parties.
Leading and owning the Product Delivery Lifecycle
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all integrations in the product backlog, ensuring clarity and accessibility for relevant teams at each stage of the funnel.
- Taking the lead and ownership of resolving any P0 issues/risks relating to integrations, keeping track of them on a daily basis.
- Taking the lead and ownership of any initiative which is ‘Blocked’ in the top 10 priorities, chasing on a daily basis until the blocker is removed.
- Continuously improve alignment processes to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
- Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met, keeping initiatives on track to deliver results.
- Be value driven - understanding the potential value behind requirements and then revisiting this post launch, sharing insights to those who have been involved in the initiative.
