Senior Product Manager - Connectivity

As a Senior Product Manager for the GSK Global Products & Technology - Enterprise Hosting Services team, you will have a unique opportunity to advance GSK’s Multi-Cloud, Identity & Access Management and Connectivity platforms and capabilities.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for providing proactive Product Management for their product area within Enterprise Hosting. This includes development of product strategy, vision and roadmap; conducting stakeholder analysis and user research; prioritizing internal customer requirements; providing marketing and communications and driving overall product success through continuous improvement and metrics.

Your responsibilities include…

• Develop and manage a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that maximizes business value through strong alliance with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of platforms and products with strong customer-orientation towards uncovering customer insights and measuring success with Key Performance Indicators.
• Discover inputs from a wide variety of sources to inform prioritization, ensuring maximum value to GSK
• Ensure alignment with team members on delivery of product roadmap, representing the customer perspective and being tuned into delivery planning.
• Provide proactive stakeholder management and build long-term trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and both internal and external partners.
• Provide Marketing and Communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Enable self-service consumption of platforms and products with a focus on user experience, security and cost.
• Contribute to advancing internal team ways of working.
• Establish stakeholder governance and engagement forums for internal customers, end users, and Tech Leadership.

Why you? 

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience driving security and user experience with enterprise scale technology solutions
• Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, wireless and firewalls) and network designs.
• Demonstrated understanding of routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP) and foundational services (e.g. DHCP, DNS, IPAM)
• Familiarity with cloud and multi-cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, express routes, load balancers, cloud DNS and firewalls.
• Demonstrated knowledge of secure service edge technologies such as zero trust networking & CASB.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies for network monitoring and observability
• Demonstrated experience working as a Product Manager, with expertise in product strategy, industry & customer research, customer journeys, strategic roadmaps and setting priorities.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at VP level and above.
• Ability to quickly interpret and grasp new technology concepts at a high level to engage in meaningful conversations with various stakeholders.
• Ability to present and convey technical and business information to audiences of all levels and sizes.
• Strong communication skills (able to communicate information in a succinct and clear manner) – both written and oral.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree within Business or Computer Science
• Experience with Cisco and Juniper
• Experience with network services in Azure and GCP
• Understanding of AI networking
