The Last Mile team works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store and making it available in the comfort of their home. Join our innovative Last Mile product team and lead the charge in creating seamless communication capabilities and experiences for our Spark Drivers through the Spark Driver app! As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and more. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of experts who are passionate about shaping the future of shopping and making it available in the comfort of our customers' homes. 

In this role you will… 

  • Define, develop, and enhance products– you will manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks 

  • Test and Learnyou will define A/B tests with your analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on your products and features, and tell compelling stories with data and UX  

  • Identify strategies and a visionfor your products using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, market opportunities, and business cases  

  • Build collaborative relationshipswith key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership  

  • Providing overall direction for your productsby analyzing business objectives and driver needs

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
