About the Role: As the Product Management Leader, you’ll take charge of building solutions that directly address marketers’ biggest frustrations. From fixing inefficient pipelines to creating tools that drive measurable outcomes, your work will make Demandbase indispensable. You’ll report directly to the VP of Product Management, a passionate and energetic leader committed to setting a bold vision while giving teams the responsibility and autonomy to move fast, make bold decisions, and deliver impactful outcomes that redefine B2B marketing.

Ideally, you will join us in San Francisco a few days a week, but remote candidates across the U.S. are welcome to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Fundamentally Different, Not Incrementally Better: Approach every product decision with a mindset to break the mold, delivering transformative solutions that redefine what’s possible in B2B marketing.
  • Customer-First Focus: Relentlessly solve customer pain points to create sticky, must-have features.
  • AI Innovation: Build AI-powered agents that deliver actionable summaries and insights, providing marketers with clear, stage-specific intent signals to optimize campaigns, accelerate pipeline velocity, and drive smarter decisions.
  • Product Strategy: Own a part of the product vision and roadmap to prioritize pipeline-generating features and prove marketing ROI.
  • Scrappy Execution: Test, validate, and scale ideas quickly while always always learning from customer feedback.
  • Metrics That Matter: Define success metrics focused on reducing churn and driving revenue impact.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Align engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ship high-impact features fast.

  • B2B SaaS Expertise: Experience with ABM, ABX, or marketing technology is a big plus.

  • AI Fluent: Familiar with AI, predictive analytics, and marketing tools integrations.
