As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own all aspects of product launches, drive competitive intelligence, shape messaging, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our solutions to market. Your expertise will help shape the way we position our products, enabling customers to understand and derive value from Fingerprint’s powerful device intelligence capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launch Ownership
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Create product positioning, messaging, and launch assets that clearly articulate Fingerprint’s value to customers.
- Train internal teams on new product capabilities and market positioning.
Product Roadmap & Feedback
- Work closely with the product team to provide insights from the market, customers, and competitive landscape to shape product development.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring roadmap decisions align with user needs and market opportunities.
- Translate technical product capabilities into compelling value propositions for various audiences.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Research
- Own competitive analysis by monitoring the market landscape, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying opportunities to differentiate Fingerprint.
- Develop battle cards and competitive materials to enable sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct ongoing customer and market research to inform messaging, content, and product strategy.
Campaign Strategy and Messaging
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that align with Fingerprint’s growth strategy.
- Ensure consistent messaging across marketing materials, website, sales collateral, and thought leadership content.
- Support demand generation efforts by providing strategic input on messaging, positioning, and content development.
Additional Product Marketing Initiatives
- Work with sales enablement to create training materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Partner with customer success to gather feedback, testimonials, and use cases that inform product positioning and go-to-market efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical aptitude – Ability to translate complex technologies into simple, compelling narratives that resonate with customers.
- Experience in fraud or identity solutions (preferred) – Understanding of fraud prevention, identity verification, or security solutions is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills – Ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive product positioning.
- Excellent communication skills – Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Experience working with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
